Maharashtra Crime News: A 23-year-old student, who allegedly attempted suicide at an Industrial Training Institute (ITI) in Nagpur city, died in the hospital. The police officer said on Sunday that Rani Amardeep Dhanvijay had allegedly consumed poisonous substance on March 6 in the campus of the institute and some students found her unconscious. He told that the girl student was taken to the hospital. He died on Saturday night during treatment at the hospital.
A case of accidental death has been registered by the police
The officer told that the Dhantoli police has registered a case of accidental death. The reasons for the incident are yet to be ascertained. Earlier, a case of suicide of a lover couple had come to light in the north-west suburb of Mumbai. On Saturday, the police told that the 21-year-old boyfriend and minor girlfriend allegedly ended their lives by jumping from the hill. Akash Jhathe and the 16-year-old SSC student were neighbors in Samta Nagar police station area.
The loving couple gave their life by jumping from the hill
It is told that both loved each other and wanted to get married. The relatives did not approve of the relationship between the two. The displeasure of the family members is being told behind the suicide of the loving couple. On Friday afternoon, the police was informed by a local person about two dead bodies lying at the bottom of the hill. When both were brought to Shatabdi Hospital, the doctors declared them brought dead.
Police told that no suicide note has been recovered from the spot. After conducting the post-mortem, the police handed over both the bodies to the relatives. Police interrogation revealed that the girl claimed to have gone out with a friend.
