Sisodia is in ED remand
Tell that on February 26, 2023, Manish Sisodia was arrested by the Central Bureau of Investigation after eight continuous hours of questioning regarding the Delhi Excise Policy. After that Manish Sisodia remained on CBI remand for seven days. On February 6, the Rouse Avenue Court sent Sisodia to judicial custody for 20 days after hearing his bail plea. Since then Sisodia is in Tihar Jail. Earlier, Manish Sisodia had also approached the Supreme Court, but the apex court refused to give relief in this matter. Also said that you should first go to the Delhi High Court. At the same time, a day before the CBI’s remand ended, the ED team reached Tihar Jail and interrogated Manish Sisodia for hours. Now Manish Sisodia is on ED’s remand. On the other hand, the blame game between AAP and BJP is at its peak on this issue. Now Delhi Congress has also become an attacker on AAP.
