CM Jagan: CBI court clears Jagan’s visit to Paris

CM Jagan Paris Tour: Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister YS Jagan (CM Jagan) has cleared the line for his visit to Paris. The CBI court allowed the CM to travel to Paris for 28 to 10 days this month. It is learned that Jagan, who is facing allegations of hoarding, has objected to the CBI’s delay in hearing cases with foreign tours. However, these were dismissed by the CBI court. The court directed Jagan to submit the details of the visit to the CBI and the court.

CM Jagan’s eldest daughter Harshareddy is doing her Masters degree in Paris. She is attending a convocation on July 2 at the Inside Business School in Paris. CM Jagan requested the CBI court to allow his daughter to attend the convocation function. The court was asked to relax the bail conditions so that the daughter can not leave the country so that she can attend the college graduation ceremony. Jagan asked the CBI court to allow him to go for a week from May 28. However, CBI officials had objected to Jagan’s visit to Paris, saying it would delay his foreign trips while the cases were pending. However, after hearing arguments from both sides, the court recently granted permission to Jagan to visit Paris.
