Bihar Crime: Wife killed her husband in Katihar along with family members, dead body was hidden in toilet tank

Katihar: in Gajhot village of Jalki Panchayat of Azamnagar block of the district, late on Saturday night, the wife killed her husband with the help of her father and brothers. After this, the dead body was hidden in the toilet tank. After hours of search by the villagers and the victim’s family, the body was found in the toilet tank on Sunday morning. On seeing the dead body, there was a furore among the family members. 30 year old Mohd. Nahid had come to his in-laws’ house. His wife had come to her maternal home for her brother’s wedding. On Saturday night, there was a rift with 28-year-old Savera Khatoon, after which she along with family members killed her husband Nahid.

DSP Premnath Ram told that Nahid had come to his in-laws’ marriage and in a minor dispute at 11 pm on Saturday night, his in-laws murdered and put the body in the toilet tank. As soon as the information was received, SHO Manutosh Kumar reached and took the dead body in his possession. Then sent for post-mortem.
