Bharatpur: When a young man came to ask for liquor, the shopkeeper gave him acid, condition worsened after drinking, death in hospital

Bharatpur News: A case of giving acid instead of liquor has come to light in Gulpada village of Sikri police station area of ​​Bharatpur district of Rajasthan. The young man died after undergoing treatment in the hospital for several days. Before the death, the young man has given his statement to the police. The deceased youth has been identified as Irshad. He was 31 years old.

 

The youth said in a statement to the police, ‘On May 1, there was a wedding ceremony in the village in which DJ was dancing after drinking alcohol because I am addicted to alcohol, so in the village itself Sattu went to a person named Sardar to drink alcohol. He sells liquor. Sattu Sardar gave me acid instead of alcohol, after which I started feeling sick.’  When Irshad’s health deteriorated  Irshad’s family took him to the government hospital, but when his condition became serious, the doctor referred him to Alwar. Irshad was treated in Alwar for a few days but he was also referred from Alwar to Jaipur. Irshad was treated in Jaipur till May 10, then he was brought to the village. 

 

When Irshad’s health started deteriorating again, Irshad’s relatives took him to the district RBM hospital. Meanwhile, the relatives told the police that Irshad was given acid instead of alcohol, due to which his health deteriorated. On which the police went to the hospital and recorded the statement of the victim Irshad.

It has been told that Irshad had said in the statements given to the police that a person named Sattu Sardar sells handcuffs illegal liquor in our village. There was a wedding program in the village and I had consumed alcohol, so I went to Sattu Sardar to drink more alcohol, but he gave me acid instead of alcohol. The police have registered a case of attempt to murder against Sattu Sardar on the basis of his statement.  Police took the body of deceased Irshad  After conducting the post-mortem, the dead body has been handed over to the relatives and investigation has been started. On the other hand, the police have confirmed Irshad’s dying declaration statement.
