10th, 12th class general examination – order to provide uninterrupted electricity!

The Electricity Board has directed that steps be taken to ensure that there is no power outage in the examination centers during the general examination.

The general examination for 10th, 11th and 12th class students in Tamil Nadu is scheduled to begin the next day. Accordingly, it has been informed that the examinations for Class 12 will be held from 5th to 28th and for Class 11 from 9th to 31st, while for Class 10 from 6th to 30th.

Class 10 results will be released on June 17, Class 12 results will be released on June 23 and Class 11 results will be released on July 7.

In this regard, the Electricity Board has sent a circular to all Zonal Chief Engineers regarding the general examination. It states:
Measures should be taken to ensure that there is no power outage in the examination centers during the general examination for 10th, 11th and 12th class students. The power outage should not occur during the general examination even if it is already planned to stop the power supply due to maintenance work. Inspect transformers near public examination centers. If anything goes wrong it should be replaced immediately.
Thus the Electricity Board has ordered the authorities.
