On last Sunday i.e. March 26, the list of central contracts of the players was issued by the BCCI. KL Rahul has got a big blow in this list. This time he got demotion instead of promotion. Last time KL Rahul was one of the A grade players of Central Contract, but this time he has been included in B grade players. This decision was taken by the BCCI due to Rahul’s poor form.

KL Rahul has played a total of 47 Tests, 54 ODIs and 72 T20 International matches in his international career so far. He has scored 2642 runs in Tests at an average of 33.44, 1986 runs in ODIs at an average of 45.13 and 2265 runs in T20 Internationals at an average of 37.75 and strike rate of 139.12.
