Although Jeremy was wearing a helmet, he had to be sent to the hospital due to the seriousness of the injury. The incident happened in the 24th over of the match when Sri Lanka’s captain Dimukh Karunaratne hit a hard shot off Roston Chase, which went through the net of Solozzano’s helmet.
