The first batch of the Indian team left on Thursday for the only Test match on the England tour and the three-match T20 and one-day series of the same number of matches. The departed players include members who have been included in the squad for the tour of England but are not currently part of the South Africa series. Team captain Rohit Sharma and vice-captain Lokesh Rahul are also not part of the South Africa series.
