Rinku Singh has so far scored runs in first class matches at an average of 64 and strike rate of 70. He scored 953 runs in the 2018-19 Ranji season. For this reason, he got a place in the India A team for the unofficial Test match against Sri Lanka A. India A is the first step to make a place in the Indian team. BCCI banned a day ago
Rinku Singh was banned in the middle of the series between India A and Sri Lanka A. Rinku participated in the Ramadan T20 Cup in Dubai. For this, he did not take the permission of the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI). For this reason, the board banned him for three months. BCCI does not allow Indian players to participate in any foreign league.

The journey to the cricket field was not easy for Rinku Singh. His father used to do cylinder delivery work, while his brother used to drive auto rickshaws. He has 5 siblings. Rinku was not good in studies either. He told in an interview that he is 9th fail. He had told that the father used to beat Rinku for playing cricket, but when he won the bike, the father stopped beating him. With the same bike, his father started going for cylinder delivery.
