This was only the third win for Imad Wasim’s team in Pakistan Super League 2023. Lahore Qalandars have performed brilliantly in Pakistan Super League 2023. Shaheen Shah Afridi’s team played 10 matches in the tournament, winning 7 and losing 3. Lahore Qalandars topped the points table with 14 points. In PSL 2023, Lahore had to face defeat against Karachi Kings and Peshawar Zalmi. In the match played on February 19, Karachi Kings defeated Lahore Qalandars by 67 runs. And on March 7, Peshawar Zalmi defeated him by 35 runs. Whereas in the match played on March 12, Karachi defeated Lahore by 86 runs.
