LSG vs MI IPL 2023 Eliminator: Mumbai’s batting faltered against the penetrating bowling of Naveen Ul Haq and Yash Thakur. Mumbai reached 182 runs for eight wickets in the allotted 20 overs. Cameron Green scored the highest 41 runs from Mumbai. Apart from that, Suryakumar Yadav also contributed 33 runs. The duo of Naveen Ul Haq and Yash Thakur guided seven Mumbai batsmen to the tent. Lucknow need 183 runs to win.

Mumbai captain Rohit Sharma won the toss and decided to bat first. The Lucknow team came out to bowl first at Chepauk ground. The pair of Ishan Kishan and Rohit Sharma failed once again. Rohit Sharma was dismissed for just 11 runs. So Ishan Kishan returned to the tent on 15 runs. Rohit Sharma hit a four and a six. Ishan Kishan hit three fours. After two wickets fell in quick succession, Suryakumar Yadav and Cameron Green tried to save the innings. 

Suryakumar Yadav and Cameron Green quickly increased Mumbai’s score. Both shaped Mumbai’s innings. A half-century partnership for the third wicket. But Naveen Ul Haq broke the pair. Suryakumar Yadav was bowled on 33 runs. Then Cameron Green was also dismissed in the same over, pushing Mumbai on the backfoot. Cameron Green scored 41 runs off 23 balls. Suryakumar Yadav scored 33 runs in 20 balls. In this, Surya hit two sixes and two fours. While Cameron Green hit six fours and a six. 

After two wickets went quickly, Tilak Verma with the help of Tim David kept Mumbai’s score in check. But Yash Thakur pushed David into the tent. David was dismissed for just 13 runs. After that, Tilak Rama was also dismissed. Tilak Verma contributed 26 runs with the help of two sixes. Finally, Nehal Vadra made an impact and took Mumbai to a respectable score. Nehal Vadhera scored 23 runs off 12 balls with the help of two fours and two sixes. It struck a chord. Naveen hit at the right stage and showed four Mumbai batsmen the way to the tent. Naveen took four wickets for 38 runs in four overs. Mumbai’s leading batsmen Rohit Sharma, Suryakumar Yadav, Tilak Verma and Cameron Green were dismissed by Naveen Ul Haq.  Yash Thakur also hit three Mumbai batsmen. Mosin Khan gets a wicket. The wickets of Krunal Pandya, Krishnappa Gautam and Ravi Bishnoi remained blank.
