With the conclusion of the T20 World Cup 2022 in Australia, the focus of cricket fans in the country is on the IPL 2023 will come up. All the 10 Indian Premier League (IPL) teams have set November 15 as the deadline to announce the list of players they have released and retained. The mini auction for IPL 2023 is likely to be held on December 23 in Kochi. The BCCI has asked the 10 existing franchises to provide a complete list of retained and released players by Tuesday before the auction. The trade window for IPL 2023 will also close today.
According to a report in InSideSport, each team will get an additional amount of Rs 5 crore in the mini auction. This will increase the total purse for the franchises to Rs 95 crore for the 2023 mini auction.
