Now Lucknow needed 1 run from 2 balls to win and Jaydev Unadkat was on strike.
Harshal tried to dismiss Bishnoi in the manner of Mankading on the last ball, but the umpire said that he had gone too far for bowling, so the runout was not valid. Harshal once again bowled the sixth ball and that ball went to wicketkeeper Dinesh Karthik without hitting the bat, but he could not collect that last ball properly.
