IPL 2022: Umran Malik’s speed is costing Sunrisers Hyderabad, 100 runs looted in last 2 matches

Hyderabad fast bowler Umran Malik broke a big record in this match. He bowled the fastest ball in IPL history as an Indian bowler. Umran bowled the ball at a speed of about 157 kilometers per hour. But along with this, they have proved to be very expensive for the team. This can be worrying for Hyderabad. 

Umran has conceded 100 runs in the last 2 matches. He bowled 4 overs in the match played against Delhi and gave 52 runs during this. While he could not take a single wicket. Earlier, he had proved to be expensive against Chennai Super Kings as well. Umran gave 48 runs in 4 overs against Chennai. Along with this, he could not take a single wicket. Umran’s fast bowling is being praised a lot. But his proving to be expensive is a problem for Hyderabad.

It is worth noting that the overall performance of Umran has been effective. But the last 2 matches were not good for him. Umran has taken 15 wickets in 10 matches of this season. During this he once took 4 and a 5 five-wicket haul. Umran’s best performance in a match has been taking 5 wickets for 25 runs. One important thing is also that Umran does not have much experience yet. He had earlier played only 3 matches in IPL 2021.
