India vs Pakistan Asia Cup: Get ready, India-Pakistan war will happen in Asia Cup on this day

New Delhi: When the teams of India and Pakistan (India vs Pakistan Asia Cup) collide on the field, then the whole world stops. The relationship between the two countries is not so good that bilateral series can be held, but clashes do happen in ICC tournaments. Cricket fans will get a similar opportunity in the Asia Cup starting at the end of this month, whose schedule was revealed today i.e. on 2 August.

August 28 collision

The Indian cricket team will face Pakistan in the Asia Cup on August 28. The second match between the two teams can be held on September 4 in the Super Four round. According to the schedule, India are in Group A with Pakistan and the qualifier team, in which India and Pakistan will face on August 28. The Indian team will play the third team qualifier of the group on August 31, while the Pakistan team will play against the qualifier on September 2.

Three teams in Group B
Bangladesh, Sri Lanka and Afghanistan are in Group B. The top two teams each from both the groups will qualify for the Super Four stage. It is highly likely that India and Pakistan teams from Group A will qualify for the Super Four, in which both the teams can face each other again on September 4. The top two teams from the Super Four stage will qualify for the final to be played on 11 September.

Finals to be held on September 11

The Cricket Board of India (BCCI) Secretary Jay Shah took to Twitter to announce the schedule of the tournament to be played in the T20 format from August 27 to September 11 in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Jay Shah is the head of the Asian Cricket Council. He said, ‘The waiting hours are over. The fight for dominance in Asian cricket from 27 August. The final will take place on September 11. The 15th season of the Asia Cup will be ideal to prepare for the T20 World Cup.
