IND vs NZ 3rd ODI: Decisive ODI with Kiwis today- Will India level the series!

IND vs NZ 3rd ODI:  Today a decisive third ODI will be played between India and New Zealand at the Christ Church venue. Team India will tie the series if they win this. If the Kiwis win, the series will be theirs. But Varuna will become an obstacle in the middle. The weather department revealed that there are indications of rain in this venue as well. Even if the match is canceled due to rain, New Zealand will continue the series. Because the Kiwis, who won the first ODI, are leading 1-0. The second match was canceled due to rain.

Batting OK

India is looking good in batting. In the first ODI, our openers Dhawan and Gill also contributed to the bowling on the pitch. Shreyas and Sanju Samson also played good innings in the middle order. Dhanadhan batted in the second ODI and Surya also came into form. But Panth’s form is worrying. The wicket keeper is continuing the T20 failure in ODIs as well. Sanju Samson played a flawless innings in the first match. However, Sanju was sidelined in the second ODI for all-rounder Deepak Hooda. However, India seems to be okay in batting.

Bowling is a concern

Team India’s concern is with bowling. Our bowlers could not even save the target of 300 in the first ODI. Only Umran Malik and Washington Sundar gave a flawless performance. Although Shardul Thakur bowled well at first, he gave generous runs in the end. Deepak Chahar was replaced by Shardul for the second match. Let’s see how much he impresses. Arshadeep is not doing as well as expected. Spinner Chahal is still not in form. If you want to stop the Kiwis who are in full swing, you will have to put in a brilliant performance in bowling

Kiwis on a roll

Kiwis are on a roll after hitting a huge target in the first ODI. Captain Williamson and Tom Latham are in terrific form. They have batsmen like Finn Allen, Glenn Phillips, Devon Conway, Daryl Mitchell. With the likes of Southee, Adam Milne and Ferguson looking strong in the bowling as well. To stop New Zealand’s aggression, India has to show fighting style.
