Border-Gavaskar Trophy Washington Sundar Sai Kishore: The Test series between India and Australia will start in Nagpur from 9 February. India has included Washington Sundar, Rahul Chahar, Saurabh Kumar and Sai Kishore in the nets bowler team. All these four bowlers have earned a name on the basis of their talent. Washington has played 16 ODIs and 4 Test matches for Team India. However, he was not included in the Indian team for the Test series against Australia. But India gave him a chance as a nets bowler.
Team India will play Test match against Australia from 9th February. According to a report by Cricbuzz, the selectors have included Sundar, Saurabh, Rahul and Sai Kishore as nets bowlers in Team India for this series. Sai Kishore has performed brilliantly for Gujarat Titans in IPL. Along with this, he has played well for Tamil Nadu in domestic matches. Saurabh Kumar has performed well for Uttar Pradesh.
Washington Sundar had recently performed brilliantly against New Zealand. He has proved himself better than this also. If we look at Sundar’s overall performance, he has taken 16 wickets in 14 ODI innings. Along with this, he has taken 29 wickets in 33 T20 International matches. Sundar has taken 6 wickets in 7 Test innings. He has also performed effectively in domestic matches.
