Father’s Day: Sachin remembered his father, Rohit Sharma told what is the feeling of being called a father


New Delhi: Father’s Day is celebrated every year on the third week of June. This time Father’s Day is being celebrated on June 19 (Father’s Day 2022). It is being celebrated with great pomp in India including all over the world. Many sports personalities including Sachin Tendulkar, Cheteshwar Pujara, boxer Nikhat Zareen have posted on Father’s Day on social media.

Tendulkar tweeted a video in which he is seen holding a bat. In the video he says, ‘The first hero of every child is his father. I was no different. Even today, I remember what he taught me, his unconditional love and how he let me find my own path. Happy Father’s Day everyone!

Pujara posted a picture of his family and wrote, ‘My support system in everything. Here’s wishing all the wonderful fathers a #HappyFathersDay!’

India cricket team captain Rohit Sharma wrote, ‘From the moment I became a father, I want to keep my baby girl safe. His safety is my responsibility. Being there for him is always my priority because this is the world to me. #HappyFathersDay

India’s world champion female boxer, Nikhat Zareen posted a picture with her father and wrote, This is the man who always provided me a safe place to land and a hard place to launch from. My rock, my superhero and my everything! Happy #FathersDay Papa!
