Former Pakistan fast bowler Shoaib Akhtar Has criticized the team’s performance on the tour of New Zealand and said that the team has lost badly. He also said that he is reaping what the Pakistan Cricket Board has sown. Akhtar has also heard the PCB fiercely. He criticized the PCB’s policies on Twitter and said that what the board has sown, is reaping.

Akhtar said on Twitter, ‘You will keep bringing average players, average players will keep feeding. The average team will keep making, average results will come and average will keep working. Whenever Pakistan played Test cricket, its pole would then open. These people are playing school level cricket and the management has made it a school level cricketer.

He said, ‘How many chairman came and went. Pakistan cricket is ruined. This will remain as long as average players keep coming. The team has neither character, nor personality, nor stature, nor bat, and catches are left as if they are sleeping. New Zealand made a clean sweep in the two-match Test series after beating Pakistan by an innings and 176 runs on the fourth day of the second Test match played at the Hegley Oval ground.

The former fast bowler said on Pakistan’s defeat, ‘It is a shameful and a bad defeat. I ask if the time has come to catch the ears of the Pakistan team or the board. The question is not whether we have lost Test matches, but the fact is that we have lost in a very bad way.

He said on his YouTube channel, ‘You saw the match between the club and the New Zealand team. You must be wondering why I am calling Pakistan team as club team. The team management wanted them and the team management also chose the team in the same manner. There was no experience in our batting or bowling. New Zealand washed us a lot. They were highlighting the shortcomings of our system.
