Madras High Court issues notice to Saurabh Ganguly and Virat Kohli, know the whole matter

Captain of the Indian Premier League (IPL) franchise Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) Virat Kohli (Virat kohli) And Chairman of the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) Saurabh Ganguly (Sourav Ganguly) Has suffered a major setback from the Madras High Court. Both these veterans have been issued notice by the court. Actually, this notice has been sent due to promotion of fantasy app. The High Court has also reprimanded the owners of fantasy apps for promoting them from celebrities.

It is noteworthy that Advocate Mohammad Rizvi filed a case in the High Court. He alleged that many youths have given their lives due to defeat in these fantasy apps. The High Court said, ‘This app is named after IPL teams, like Chennai Super Kings, Rajasthan Royals and some apps are named after the state. Are these teams playing for the state?

The court convicted the owners of the fantasy app in the case of making money using the celebrity’s name. The High Court has issued notices to Team India captain Virat Kohli, Saurabh Ganguly, actors Prakash Raj, Tamanna Rana and Sudeep Khan in this case.

Explain that Virat Kohli and Ganguly promote the fantasy app. Apart from Kohli, several players including Kuldeep Yadav have been seen promoting the fantasy app in the IPL this season.
