Ajmer : Big information has come to the fore about the suspended Additional SP Divya Mittal, who demanded a bribe of two crore rupees from the owner of the pharmaceutical company. His bail will be heard on Tuesday. An application for bail has been presented in the special court of ACB on behalf of Divya Mittal’s lawyer. Judge Sandeep Kumar Sharma fixed January 24 for the hearing.

Case in ACB court

Suspended ASP Divya Mittal’s lawyer Pritam Singh Soni said that an application for bail was given in the special court of ACB. He told that all the sections under which Divya Mittal was booked and arrested are bailable. In such a situation, the ACB could have got the 41A notice complied with. However, this was not done.

What did Divya Mittal’s lawyer say

Divya Mittal’s counsel further submitted that with this there was no recovery of bribe amount from the accused. Nor did he make any demand from himself. On the basis of all these, a demand will be made from the court to grant bail. On the other hand, on behalf of ACB, Deputy Director Satyanarayan Chitara will oppose the release of accused Divya Mittal on the bail plea.
