Residents had to face big problems at night due to excessive water entering some houses in the area of ​​Ambil Ocha, Wanwadi. Many important roads including Chandannagar Police Station, Ved Bhavan, Kothrud, Garbage Depot near Vanaj, Kothrud, Laman Tanda, Pashan, Someshwar Wadi, Pashan, Vanavadi, Shital Petrol Pump, BT Evede Road, Kanja Udyan were flooded. While there have been numerous incidents of water logging in the city, the fire brigade personnel safely pulled out 3 women and an elderly woman from Ghorpadi village from the water that came into their houses in an incident near Hadapsar railway station. >Due to heavy rains, a 50-year-old banyan tree fell in Chavan Society in Dhankawadi area of ​​Pune.  No one was hurt.  However, Anil Pavaskar and his family living in the society could not come out as this big tree fell at their doorstep. Firefighters managed to pull them out. Also Pashan near NCL, Salunkhe Vihar, Kondhwa, Kondhwa near Jyoti Hotel, Chavannagar, near Ruby Hall, Pune station but no casualties have been reported. In Pashan, Panchavati, State Bank Nagar, a tree fell on two four-wheelers early in the morning. 

The police came into action
Due to the rain, there was a huge amount of water on the roads in Vimannagar Chowk. Due to this, there was a huge traffic jam in the area. At the same time, the traffic police had no facility for water to flow into the chamber. As soon as the police noticed that the garbage was stuck in it, the traffic police themselves removed the garbage from the chamber and let the citizens pass.
