Pune Navale Bridge Accident: Faulty Highway Design Contributes to Navale Bridge Accident; Acknowledgment of NHAI

Pune Navale Bridge Accident : In Pune (Pune) Navle Pul (Navale Bridge Accident)  National Highway Authority of India Project Director Sanjay Kadam has admitted that the wrong design of the highway is responsible for frequent accidents in the area. There is a steep slope on this bridge. This ramp has caused many accidents so far. Many people have also lost their lives in this. He has said that he will recommend to reduce the slope. Between Dari Bridge and Dhairi Bridge, the grade four ramp will be brought up to grade three by flyovers and other routes. He has expressed his belief that this will reduce drastically and as a result the accident session will also reduce.

In an accident near Navale Bridge in Pune on Sunday night, a truck rammed into 24 vehicles and caused heavy damage to these vehicles. The reason for this accident has now come to light. The truck’s brakes did not fail but the accident happened due to the driver’s mistake. The truck driver had switched to neutral to save fuel on the downhill. So there was no break. The truck lost control and  cars were crushed. Maniram Yadav, the driver of the truck, fled after the accident. Deputy Commissioner of Police Vijay Kumar Magar has said that the police have succeeded in catching him. 

Navale bridge has claimed 60 lives so far
Hundreds of vehicles travel on Navale bridge in Pune every day. This bridge has a steep slope. So many people fall victim to accidents due to this slope. So far there have been many accidents on this bridge. About 60 people have lost their lives in it. The bridge was blamed for the accident. The National Highway Authority was also blamed for the design of the bridge. Accusations were also made against them. But he has now accepted that the wrong design of the highway was responsible for the accident.
