The four accused are citizens of Zambia, Uganda, Namibia and Ghana. All these students had come to India on visas and at least three of them stayed here even after their visas expired. A person from Mumbai had claimed to the cyber cell at BKC that he had been cheated of Rs 26 lakh between April and July on the pretext of giving a job in America. After that, the police started an investigation. Police arrested four accused from Pune. The age of the accused is between 22 to 32 years. According to the police, the accused have two lakh e-mail IDs, a database of 1,04,000 mobile phone numbers and are using it to cheat people. 

17 check books, 115 SIM cards seized
Police seized 13 mobile phones, four laptops, passports of various countries, three internet routers, 17 check books of various banks, 115 SIM cards, 40 fake rubber stamps and at least six bank accounts. Account details seized. A case has been registered under Sections 420 and 120-B of the Indian Penal Code and Information Technology Act. 

 Citizens aged 22 to 32
All the arrested citizens are  22 to 32 years old. Mumbai Cyber ​​Cell officials are also stunned to see the items and mail ID found with them. All the four students have been cheated on the promise of providing jobs in America. The police had started an inquiry in this regard. After that he has been arrested from Pune. Laptops and other materials were seized from them.
