The encroachment department of the municipal corporation has taken action by deploying 100 policemen. NHAI has also admitted that the design of this bridge is wrong. 

A terrible accident took place on Sunday night in the area of ​​Katraj Navin Bogda to Navle Pul. At least 40 cars were heavily damaged in this accident. After that, the traffic jam on this bridge, speed gun were discussed. Chief Minister Eknath Shinde took notice of the accident. After that MP Supriya Sule, Municipal Commissioner, Police Commissioner and NHAI officials also inspected the bridge. After that the state government took serious notice of this incident and ordered to take measures at the earliest.

Many people have suggested measures regarding this bridge. Similarly, Police Commissioner Amitabh Gupta had earlier reprimanded the officers regarding the frequent accidents. But after the accident on Sunday, the administration has woken up. They have started strict action. The encroachment department of the Municipal Corporation has started the action from this morning. Hundreds of employees have started work for this. More than 100 policemen were deployed.
