The name of this policeman is Sheetal Jagtap Galande. He was being treated at KEM Hospital in Pune city. After his death, his baby born just ten days ago has become a boy.
Sheetal was looking after the entire computer system of the city police station. Until the last day of her pregnancy, she was attending to the daily routine of the police station. She is survived by her husband, a daughter and a baby born ten days ago.
Increase in dengue patients in September in Pune
Due to the ongoing rains, there has been a further increase in dengue patients in the city of Pune in the month of September itself. In this month alone, 41 cases of dengue have been reported in the city limits and 509 suspected cases of dengue have been detected. Health department officials have explained that there has been no death due to dengue in Pune municipal limits.

Dengue is a mosquito-borne disease. Dengue is caused by the Aedes aegypti mosquito. Dengue larvae thrive in stagnant water. Dengue is caused by the bite of a dengue mosquito. The months of July to October are favorable for the breeding of dengue larvae. During this period, due to rain, there is more possibility of water accumulation in different places. Dengue larvae can grow in such stagnant water. Dengue can have many early symptoms.
