Not private... treatment will have to be done in a government hospital, Anil Deshmukh gets a shock from the court

Mumbai: Former Maharashtra Home Minister Anil Deshmukh has received a major setback from the Mumbai Sessions Court. In fact, Anil Deshmukh had sought permission from the court for treatment in a private hospital. However, rejecting his petition, the court has ordered for treatment at the Government Hospital in Mumbai. Let us tell you that Anil Deshmukh has pain in his left shoulder. Whose he wanted to get treatment in a private hospital. The court said that he does not need to be treated in a private hospital. Actually Anil Deshmukh had fallen in Arthur Road Jail. Due to which his left shoulder has become dislocated. At the same time, Nawab Malik has also been allowed by the court for treatment in a private hospital.

Anil Deshmukh allegation
Anil Deshmukh was arrested by the ED on the time of Diwali last year. Since then, Deshmukh has been imprisoned in jail. He had to resign from his chair after the serious allegations of Parambir Singh. Deshmukh was accused of getting the recovery done through sacked police officer Sachin Vajhe. It is also alleged that he had got funds transferred to his trust through fake companies.

Nawab Malik also allowed
Maharashtra cabinet minister Nawab Malik may not be granted bail by the special PMLA court. But he has definitely got permission to get treatment in a private hospital. One of his daughters can also stay with him during treatment. Nawab Malik’s medical bail application has been rejected by the court. Nawab Malik will undergo treatment at Criti Care Hospital, Kurla. During this, police arrangements will also be deployed outside the hospital. Nawab Malik will get the compensation for the expenses incurred in the police settlement.

Malik’s arrest
Nawab Malik was arrested by the Enforcement Directorate in February last month. After which the court sent him to the ED’s custody. Nawab Malik was accused of having links with underworld don Dawood Ibrahim’s henchmen and terror funding. Malik’s family members were also questioned by ED officials in this case. During the investigation of ED, information about Nawab Malik and his underworld connections also came to the fore. During his cross-examination in the court, the ED’s counsel had said that getting the custody of Nawab Malik was very important. Only after that their underworld ties will be revealed.
