Maharashtra Crisis: Demand for cancellation of membership of Shiv Sena rebels, Shinde’s counterattack – whom are you trying to scare

Mumbai: Amidst the political upheaval in Maharashtra, Shiv Sena has made a bet to cancel the membership of the rebels. Newly elected Legislature Party leader Ajay Chaudhary sent a list of 12 MLAs who did not attend the legislature party meeting to the Deputy Speaker. On this action of Shiv Sena, Eknath Shinde retorted on this and asked who are you trying to scare? Shinde said that he knows the rules and regulations.

Eknath Shinde tweeted, ‘Who are you trying to scare? We know the law too! According to the Tenth Schedule of the Constitution, the opposition is for the business of the House and not for the meeting.

Shinde further wrote, ‘You cannot scare us by applying for action against 12 MLAs. The reason is that we are the real Shiv Sainiks of the respected Shiv Sena chief Balasaheb Thackeray, the real Shiv Sena.

Shinde calls himself ‘Real Shiv Sena’
Eknath Shinde has kept the hashtag of Real Shiv Sena while tweeting. Have claimed that we are the real Shiv Sena i.e. they have staked claim on the party itself. In the third tweet, Shinde said that you do not have the number. We demand action against illegal faction formation.

According to sources, Shiv Sena leader Ajay Chaudhary demanded action against the MLAs who did not attend the legislature party meeting. Shiv Sena has sent a list of 12 MLAs to the Deputy Speaker. It also includes a name of Eknath Shinde. There has been a demand to cancel the membership of all the MLAs.

floor test possibility
After this action from Shiv Sena, the possibility of floor test in Maharashtra has increased. Now both the factions have to prove their majority. Earlier, NCP chief Sharad Pawar had also said that whether the government will survive or not, it will be known from the floor test.

Shinde faction has more than 37 MLAs
On the other hand, Shiv Sena’s rebel Eknath Shinde has increasing support of MLAs. Some more Shiv Sena MLAs have reached Guwahati. Shiv Sena MLA Dadaji Bhuse, Sanjay Rathod along with MLC Ravindra Phatak have also joined the Shinde camp.

It is noteworthy that MLC Ravindra Phatak was sent to Surat by Uddhav Thackeray as a messenger to persuade the rebels. However, now he himself has gone into the rebel camp. According to sources, the Shinde faction has more than 37 MLAs present.
