Mumbai: Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal met former CM Uddhav Thackeray at Matoshree on Wednesday afternoon in Maharashtra’s capital Mumbai. Arvind Kejriwal and Uddhav Thackeray fiercely targeted the central and state government in a joint press conference. Now Maharashtra’s Deputy CM Devendra Fadnavis has retaliated on this issue. Targeting Arvind Kejriwal and Uddhav Thackeray, Devendra Fadnavis even called them Saampnath and Nagnath. In fact, the media had questioned Fadnavis regarding the meeting of the two. Responding to which Devendra Fadnavis said, what will happen when Sampanath and Nagnath meet, they will spew poison. However, later he also said that he was just saying a phrase. He is not making personal comments on anyone.

Do not stay in the Legislative Council for 2 hours, what will the Parliament go?
On the issue of the inauguration of the new Parliament House, when Devendra Fadnavis was asked that Uddhav Thackeray is also not going to the inauguration ceremony of the Parliament House. Responding to this, Devendra Fadnavis said who is taking him. He does not go to the place which was given to him. He is a member of the Legislative Council but he does not stay there for more than two hours. Then who will take them to the Parliament House. Who will invite them to Lok Sabha and Parliament. These are the people who do not believe in democracy. These people do not believe in democracy. The fact is that in the year 2019, PM Modi announces that a new parliament will be formed and it will be inaugurated in the year 2023. Because of this, the pain in the stomach of these people has started. Devendra Fadnavis said that this is not just a Parliament building but it is a picture of new India and its strength. Because of this these people are getting jealous.

I want to ask this question to these people that when late Indira Gandhi inaugurated the Parliament Annexe in the year 1975, was she anti-democratic. The Parliament Library was inaugurated by the late Rajiv Gandhi. Where did their democracy go at that time. But when PM Modi inaugurated the new Parliament House, he became anti-democracy. Whatever the opposition may say, but I feel that the people of the country are with the PM.
