Samajwadi Party (SP) president Akhilesh Yadav took a jibe at the BJP over the houses being demolished in the name of development in Ayodhya. Akhilesh Yadav said that BJP should change its election symbol from ‘lotus’ to ‘bulldozer’. Akhilesh also responded to PM Modi’s allegations. Akhilesh said that the BJP’s departure is now confirmed.
The SP chief accused the BJP government of acting in an arbitrary manner and said, “The government should keep its election symbol bulldozer. The biggest achievement of this government is that they have a bulldozer. It has a steering, right now it is moving here and once the steering direction is changed it will go in the other direction. The government is doing arbitrariness, not following the law.
Akhilesh said – even the map of the Chief Minister’s residence is not near
Akhilesh quoted two Ayodhya residents as saying how their house was destroyed by the administration. Hitting out at the state government’s claims of demolishing illegally constructed buildings in Ayodhya, Akhilesh said there are many old buildings whose maps are not available. He also gave the example of Chief Minister’s residence for this.
Former Chief Minister Akhilesh Yadav claimed that if his government is formed after the upcoming assembly elections, then all the people whose houses have collapsed will be protected by giving them new houses. Akhilesh alleged that the state government was not working according to the law and had abandoned the principles of politics. He warned that his party was preparing a list of officers who were playing with the law.
‘Dial-100 should be asked who is increasing the crime’
After laying the foundation stone of Raja Mahendra Pratap Singh State University in Aligarh, PM Modi took a jibe at the law and order situation of the state during the former SP government. On this, Akhilesh said, ‘He should go to the Home Department or Dial-100 and ask who is increasing the crime or else he should ask the Chief Minister to study who are the top mafia in the state.’
The SP president also said that the Prime Minister should also see the report of the National Crime Records Bureau (NCRB) to see which state has received the maximum number of notices from the National Human Rights Commission.
‘BJP doesn’t respect its own leaders’
Taking a jibe at Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath, Akhilesh said, “BJP is going to set up a university. This is a good thing but this party is already running the best training center for lying.
Accusing the BJP of failing to respect its own senior leaders, Akhilesh said that the foundation stone of the university to be named after former Prime Minister Atal Bihari Vajpayee was laid in 2019 but now let’s see what is its condition.
Akhilesh said that if the SP government is formed in the state, a college or university will be established in the memory of late Atal Bihari Vajpayee in his ancestral village Bateshwar in Agra.
‘BJP sure to go from power’
The SP president claimed that even after four years of coming to power, the Yogi government is trying to change the name and color of the schemes and development works of the previous SP government to make them their own. Akhilesh said that the Yogi government of the state is now not shying away from telling the development works of other states as its own.
Many people got membership of the Samajwadi Party on this occasion. Welcoming them all, Akhilesh said that the SP’s caravan is now growing and the BJP’s exit from power is absolutely certain.
