The Governor also asked the people to follow the COVID guidelines during the festival and ensure a clean and green Dussehra this year.
Meanwhile, Haryana Chief Minister Manohar Lal Khattar also greeted the people on the eve of Dussehra.
In a message issued here, Khattar said that Dussehra marks the victory of good over evil.
“This festival is an inspiration for all of us to renounce all evil and follow the path of virtue and goodness,” he said.
The Chief Minister urged the people to celebrate this holy festival with gaiety while observing social distancing norms amid the COVID pandemic.
He wished that this festival brings peace and prosperity in the lives of the people of the state.
