Property dealer who fell from 43rd floor of Supernova building died, police detained the accompanying broker

ADCP Noida Ashutosh Dwivedi told that 43-year-old Rohit Kumar, a resident of Delhi’s Rani Bagh, had come to the Supernova building on Saturday from Metro to see the property. He went upstairs asking the security guard to see the property in the building. Fell down from the 43rd floor of the building at around 5 pm. Rohit died on the spot.

In the interrogation of the family, it has come to know that he was running under a lot of stress regarding the business for a year. Rohit was living in Delhi with his mother. The wife is living separately from him. In the initial investigation, the matter of suicide is coming to the fore. In this regard, no complaint has been given by the family in the police station.

Sector 126 police station in-charge Satyendra Kumar said that Rohit Kumar had gone to see the property in the Supernova building along with Himanshu, a Noida-based broker. He has entered his name along with the name of the broker in the security register. Ready to come down after seeing the property, Rohit got a call from someone. He started talking on the phone.

Station in-charge says that during this time Himanshu, the broker who went with him, stood near the lift and waited. When Rohit did not come for a long time, he again went inside the flat. no one was there. Looking down, he was seen falling on the adjacent building under construction. When the police reached the spot and interrogated Himanshu in custody, this thing came to light.

CCTV cameras are not installed
There is no CCTV camera installed on the 43rd floor of the building from where the property dealer died after falling. This floor is under construction now. CCTV cameras are installed at the reception and other places. Police say the broker who went with them is in custody. He is being questioned regarding the matter. Along with this, the family members have also been questioned. He told that the property dealer was incurring losses in the business. Many loans are also running in his name.
