Noida : Great opportunity to buy a plot near Delhi! Greater Noida Authority launched special scheme, know everything

Ritu Maheshwari, CEO of Greater Noida Authority, had given instructions to bring the scheme of residential plots in the review meeting of the property department. The Estate Department has launched the scheme of 186 residential plots on Friday. Authority’s ACEO Anand Vardhan said that plots ranging from 162 square meters to 738 square meters area have been included in this scheme.

These plots are 142 and 15 plots of 162 sq m in Sector 2 of Greater Noida, 15 plots of 500 sq m and one plot of 738 sq m in Sector Chi III, 4 plots of 350 sq m in Phi III, Delta II There are two plots of 200 sq. mts. in Delta III, two plots of 350 sq. mts., one of 500 sq. mts. in Sigma 2, three plots of 500 sq. mts. in Sigma One and one plot of 300 sq. mts. in Sigma One.

Online applications have started in this scheme from 20 January. Registration can be done till February 3. The last date for depositing the registration fee is February 7. The last date for submission of final documents is February 10.

The reserve price of these plots ranges from Rs 34 thousand per square meter to Rs 43 thousand per square meter. More information about this scheme can be obtained from Greater Noida Authority’s website www.greaternoidaauthority.in. SBI’s portal https://etender.sbi can apply for the plots of this scheme. The allotment of plots will be done through auction.
