He said that   Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj, founder of Hindu Swarajya, is our role model. His Majesty has a reputation as a welfare king for the ryots; Therefore, the BJP-Shiv Sena government under the leadership of Chief Minister Eknath Shinde and Deputy Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis has resolved to convey the meaning of Rajmata Jijau’s coronation to the present generation through enlightenment, kirtan and various activities.  He has appealed to the BJP workers to spontaneously  participate in the year-long program organized on the occasion of the 350th anniversary of the coronation of the Maharajas and let us all make this Shiv Rajyabhishek a memorable post-300th golden jubilee.

‘Thoughts of Shivaji Maharaj should reach the world’

He was speaking at the state working committee meeting of Bharatiya Janata Party. Mungantiwar further said that the 350th year of the coronation ceremony of Maharaj, who is the breath of every Marathi man, is to be celebrated with enthusiasm.  Through this, the thoughts of Shivaji Maharaj are intended to reach the whole world.  The program organized by the state government at Raigad on 2nd June has been meticulously planned and disciplined preparations are going on to make this ceremony grand and handsome by taking all the Shiva lovers along with them. We want every worker of BJP to participate in this. 

‘Shivaji Maharaj statue should be erected in London too’

Indians all over the world have great respect for Shivaji Maharaj, so he expressed his desire to erect a statue of Maharaj in London on the same lines as the statue of Maharaj was erected in Mauritius. A lot of programs have been organized on the occasion of  350 years of coronation of Shiva.  In which Janata Raja in every district, Janata Raja at the foot of Raigad from June 1 to June 7, exhibition of Shivaji Maharaj’s weapons at the Gateway of India, village, taluka, district and divisional levels through Prabodhankar, Kirtankar will inculcate the thoughts of Maharaja in homes and hearts.  Mungantiwar also expressed the intention to create one crore Shiv devotees in the state. He also said that committees will be formed at every level and everyone will be included in those committees.
