Speaking on Sheetal Mhatre’s video morph video, Varun Sardesai had said that, “Prakash Surve’s Chiranjeev Raj Surve had made that entire video live on Facebook. Therefore, the real accused is Raj Surve, the son of MLA Prakash Surve, and Raj Surve should be arrested in this case. Accusations are being made against them everyday, actions are being taken. At present, only opposition party leaders are being prosecuted through central investigation agencies. But those leaders joined BJP, activities against them stopped. People are watching all this. People are not interested in this and that is why BJP is losing in its own strongholds.”
Meanwhile, Chief Minister Eknath Shinde’s rally was organized in Goregaon on Saturday (March 11). Sheetal Mhatre and MLA Prakash Surve participated in this rally. In this rally, an offensive video of Sheetal Mhatre in a jeep went viral. Sheetal Mhatre alleged that Thackeray group and Yuva Sena office bearers have morphed this video and made it viral. A case was registered in this case after Sheetal Mhatre filed a complaint at Dahisar police station on Sunday morning.
