The accused Pandharinath Amberkar, who was arrested in connection with the murder of Shashikant Warise, is a resident of Kumbhavade village in Rajapur taluka of Ratnagiri district. Pandharinath Amberkar, who was a small mango trader in the beginning, became financially capable after 2017. The Nanar refinery project was announced in Konkan and after that he started some land buying and selling transactions. He also bought some lands himself. In this he got good financial profit. Meanwhile Tours and Travels started and expanded its business. Nanar refinery project canceled now announced in Barsu and Solgaon. At this place too, Amberkar started the business of buying and selling land. He has been remanded in police custody for seven days.
