This incident has created excitement in the area. In this case, a case has been registered against the accused youth in Mudkhed police. The deceased girl’s name is Rituja Prakash Shinde. And the name of the accused who molested is Uddhav Bhaurao Shinde.
According to the information received from the police, Rituja Prakash Shinde, a young woman living in Rohi Pimpalgaon in Mudkhed taluka, was always harassed by Uddhav Bhaurao Shinde of the village. Uddhav Shinde used to abuse her in obscene language and vulgar language while walking on the road. Even after complaining to the young man’s family, this did not stop, so the young woman ended her life due to the fear of infamy. This incident has created excitement in the village and anger is being expressed against Uddhav Shinde.
Telling the parents of the accused did not make any difference
While Rituja was passing through the village, the accused Uddhav Bhaurao Shinde was committing obscenities. Rituja ignored it for some days. But the trouble from Uddhav continued to increase. So she told this matter to her parents. Rituja’s parents reached the house of accused Uddhav and told his parents to understand the child. But it didn’t matter. The trouble from Uddhav did not abate. So fearing that this kind of thing would bring shame to the village, Rituja committed suicide by hanging herself at her residence at around ten o’clock in the morning. In this case, on the complaint of Prakash Shinde, the Mudkhed police have registered a case against the accused Uddhav Bhaurao Shinde.

Accused Uddhav Thackeray was harassing deceased Rituja. She was tired of the constant trouble. She informed her parents about the molestation. Her parents also convinced the accused. Also informed about giving understanding to his son by meeting his parents. But Rituja hanged herself and ended her life journey as the suffering did not decrease. As Rituja took the extreme step, grief has spread over the Shinde family. So the village is also expressing grief.
