Mumbai News : Eight to ten houses collapsed in Vile Parle in Mumbai, more than 40 houses got cracks

Mumbai News Update : Eight to ten houses have collapsed in Vile Parle in Mumbai. More than 40 houses have been damaged. Local citizens have alleged that the houses are shaking due to the metro works. The incident took place around 9:30 in the night in Indira Nagar area of ​​Vileparle west. Therefore, the local citizens here have been shifted to the nearby municipal school. Fortunately, all the houses were evacuated before the collapse. So no major accident happened.  

Metro work is underway in Indira Nagar area of ​​Vileparle West. As a result, the surrounding houses have been damaged. Eight to ten of these houses have collapsed. So 40  houses have been cracked. Locals have expressed fear that some of these houses may collapse next to the drain. At present, the fire brigade has reached the spot and the BMC is investigating the matter. 

There are 30 to 40 double-storied huts near Mithibai College in the Juhu Road area of ​​Vileparle west. Metro work is going on near these huts. The citizens of this place have alleged that the huts are collapsing only because of the metro work limits.
