Mumbai Local Mega Block Updates: Mumbaikars, tomorrow Sunday (March 5) is a holiday. If you are planning to go out on holiday tomorrow, you have to plan your trip today. Tomorrow on Mumbai local Megablock (Mumbai Local Megablock). Central (Megablock on Central Railway) and Harbour (Megablock on Harbor Railway) lines will be taken tomorrow. The information in this regard has been issued by the Public Relations Department of Central Railway. The megablock will be taken over by Mumbai Division of Central Railway on 4th March 2023, Sunday for various engineering and maintenance works.
Megablock on Central Railway
Central Railway, Mumbai Division is scheduled to take megablocks in its suburban sections for carrying out various engineering and maintenance works on Sunday, March 5, 2023.
Thane-Kalyan 5th and 6th line will be megablock from 9 am to 1 pm.
Diversion of Up Mail and Down Mail/Express Trains
12126 Pune– Mumbai Pragati Express will be diverted via Karjat-Kalyan and will reach the destination 10-15 minutes behind schedule.
All Up and Down Mail Express will be diverted to the Up Fast Line and Down Fast Line respectively and will arrive 10 to 15 minutes behind the scheduled time.
Short Termination Memu Service
Memu leaving Vasai Road at 9.50 am for Diwa will be short terminated at Kopar.
Departing Diwa at 11.30 am Memu to Vasai Road will depart from Kopar (short origin) at 11.45 am instead of Diva.
Kurla – Vashi up and down harbor route from 11.10 am to 4.10 pm
Harbor route services to Panvel/Belapur/Vashi from Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Terminus Mumbai from 10.34 am to 3.36 pm and Up Harbor route services from Vashi/Belapur/Panvel to Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Terminus Mumbai from 10.16 am to 3.47 pm will remain cancelled. During the block period, Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Terminus Mumbai – Kurla and Panvel – Vashi will be operated special local.
Passengers on harbor route will be allowed to travel on transharbor route via Thane – Vashi/Nerul from 10 am to 6 pm.
