Mumbai Local Mega Block : Planning to travel on Sunday?  Megablock on this local route

Mumbai Local Mega Block :  Mega Block (Mega Block) will be conducted on behalf of Mumbai Division of Central Railway on Sunday 12th March for various engineering and maintenance works on suburban railway lines. Due to this mega block, changes have been made in the local timetable of Central Railway and Harbor Railway. So if you Mumbaikars are going out on Sunday and planning to travel locally, then get detailed information about megablock. 

Matunga – Mulund Up and Down Fast Route from 11.05 am to 3.55 pm
 
Down departing Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Terminus Mumbai from 10.25 am to 3.35 pm Express line services will be diverted down the slow line between Matunga and Mulund stations and stop at their respective scheduled stops.   These express trains near Thane will be diverted to the Down express line and will reach the destination 15 minutes later than the scheduled time.

From Thane from 10.50 am to 3.46 pm Up Fast Line services will be diverted to Up Slow Line between Mulund and Matunga and stop at their respective scheduled stops. Up will then be re-routed on the express route and will arrive 15 minutes later than the scheduled time.

How the megablock will be on the harbor route

 Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Terminus – Chunabhatti/Bandra Down  on Harbor Route from 11.40 am to 4.40 pm and
 Chunabhatti/Bandra – Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Terminus Up Harbor Route from 11.10 am to 4.10 pm

Down Harbor route service starting from Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Terminus/Wadala Road from 11.16 am to 4.47 pm for Vashi/Belapur/Panvel and from Bandra/Goregaon from 10.48 am to 4.43 pm for Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Terminus Mumbai. will remain.

Up Harbor route services departing from Panvel/Belapur/Vashi for Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Terminus Mumbai from 9.53 am to 3.20 pm and Up Harbor route services departing from Goregaon/Bandra for Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Terminus Mumbai from 10.45 am to 5.13 pm will remain closed.
 
However, special services will be run between Panvel and Kurla (Platform No. 8) at a frequency of about 20 minutes during the block period. Passengers on Harbor route are allowed to travel on Main Line and Western Railway during the block period from 10 am to 6 pm.
