Mumbai Local Mega Block Updates: Mumbaikars, today is the first Sunday of the new month. Megablock on Thane-Kalyan Up and Down Expressway
Down fast services departing Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Terminus Mumbai between 9.30 am to 2.45 pm will be diverted to down slow route between Thane and Kalyan stations. These trains will stop between Kalwa, Mumbra and Diva stations in addition to their scheduled stops and arrive 10 minutes behind schedule.
Up fast services leaving Kalyan from 10.28 am to 3.25 pm will be diverted to up slow route between Kalyan and Thane stations. These trains will stop between Diva, Mumbra and Kalwa stations in addition to their scheduled stops and be re-routed to the Up Express line and arrive 10 minutes late.
Megablocks on Panvel-Vashi up and down harbor route (excluding Belapur/Nerul – Kharkopar route)
Up Harbor route services to Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Terminus Mumbai departing from Panvel from 10.33 am to 3.49 pm and Down Harbor route services to Panvel/Belapur from Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Terminus Mumbai from 9.45 am to 3.12 pm will remain cancelled.
Services on the Up Transharbor route to Thane departing from Panvel from 11.02 am to 3.53 pm and Down Transharbour route services from Thane to Panvel from 10.01 am to 3.20 pm will remain cancelled.
Important Notice
Special local trains will run in the Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Terminus Mumbai-Vashi area during the block period. Transharbour Line services will be available between Thane – Vashi/Nerul stations during the block period. Local trains will run as per schedule between Belapur – Kharkopar and Nerul – Kharkopar during the block period. These maintenance mega blocks are essential for infrastructure maintenance and security. The railway administration apologizes for the inconvenience caused to the passengers.
