MHADA Konkan Lottery : Application registration and application process for sale of flats and plots of MHADA Konkan Mandal has started from today. Konkan Housing and Regional Development Board of MHADA has started the application registration and application filling process for online computerized lottery for the sale of 4,752 flats and 14 plots under various housing schemes in Thane city and district, Palghar, Raigad, Ratnagiri, Sindhudurg. This process has been initiated in the prominent presence of Konkan Mandal Chief Officer Maroti More.
Online computerized lottery for sale of flats and plots by the board on 10th May, 2023 at 10 am Dr. Thane. It will be performed at Kashinath Ghanekar Theatre. According to the new computerized system IHLMS 2.0 (Integrated Housing Lottery Management system) created by MHADA, applicants who complete all the documents during registration will be eligible applicants.
With the help of new computerized system and app, IHLMS 2.0, the application registration process of flats has started from 12 noon today. The new mandate will be great in terms of convenience for citizens, as applicants can participate in the lottery process from home or anywhere. Facilities like registration, document uploading and online payment will be easily available through this system. Applicants can download the IHLMS 2.0 computerized manual on their mobiles using both Android or iOS operating systems to participate in the draw.

Also for the convenience of applicants https://housing.mhada.gov.in The application registration process has been made available on the official website of MHADA. Guidance brochures, audiotapes, help files and help sites are available on the website to inform applicants about the new computer system. Konkan Mandal Chief Officer Maroti More has appealed that the applicants should go through this guidance information before participating in the draw process.
Although the registration of applications under the IHLMS 2.0 computerized system will continue indefinitely, applicants can participate in the flat sale lottery announced by the Konkan Mandal till 10th April, 2023 at 11.59 PM. After that the link to participate in the draw will be deactivated from this system. On 12th April, 2023 upto 11.59 PM applicants can pay the deposit amount online, also on 12th April, 2023 till the office hours of the concerned bank through RTGS / NEFT. Thus only applicants who fulfill all the documents will be qualified through this system. The final list of eligible applications for draw will be released on 4th May, 2023 at 6.00 PM on the official website of MHADA at https://housing.mhada.gov.in. On May 10, 2023 at 10 am, the computerized draw of the eligible application will be announced and the applicants will receive the result of the draw immediately on the mobile through SMS, through e-mail and on the app.

In addition, 984 flats will be available for low income group under Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana, total 1456 flats will be available under 20 percent inclusive scheme. 14 plots and 152 flats are available for sale under MHADA housing scheme. 2048 flats have been made available for sale under this scheme on first-come-first-served basis.
