After losing name and symbol of Shiv Sena, the number of people leaving Uddhav Thackeray’s support is increasing. On Monday, Subhash Desai’s son Bhushan, who is very close to Uddhav Thackeray, joined Eknath Shinde’s Shiv Sena. ‘Bala Saheb is my God. Eknath Shinde is spreading the ideas of Hindutva. I believe in him. I have worked with them in the past and will continue to stand by them in the future. Bhushan Desai had said that being a social activist, I was inspired by Shinde.
After Bhushan Desai’s entry into Shinde faction, Subhash Desai said that he will remain with Uddhav Thackeray. My son Bhushan Desai’s entry into the Shinde group today is painful for me. He has no work in Shiv Sena or politics. Therefore, he said that his joining any party will not have any effect on Shiv Sena i.e. Uddhav Balasaheb Thackeray’s party.
My loyalty to Balasaheb, Uddhavsaheb and Matoshree for more than five decades will remain unshakable. At this stage of age I will not announce much. But even from here onwards, I am going to continue my work along with many Shiv Sainiks till complete justice is done and Shiv Sena regains its past glory, said Subhash Desai.
