So the third hand MLA Ravindra Vaikar ex-BJP MP alleges big scam Done by Kirit Somaiya. Somayya has alleged that the scam by Vaikars in the Mahakali cave case is more than 500 crores.

Former BJP MP Kirit Somaiya held a press conference today and made allegations against Shiv Sena chief Uddhav Thackeray and MLA Ravindra Waikar. Somayya said that Ravindra Vaikar had committed a scam in the development work of the Mahakali cave area in Andheri. Waikar has given 500 crore rupees to the builder for the Mahakali cave. Somayya alleged that Avinash Bhosle, Shahid Balwa and Vinod Goenka were the builder beneficiaries. Uddhav Thackeray’s right-hand man Anil Parab’s resort is going to break. Somayya said that Ravindra Waikar, who is now Uddhav Thackeray’s confidant, is also involved in the scam.

What is the case alleged by Somayya?

Last year, former BJP MP Kirit Somaiya had alleged that the Mumbai Municipal Corporation and the Thackeray government were giving the TDR of around Rs. ="text-align: justify;">Road to Mahakali Caves Rs. It was claimed that the TDR of 73 crores was decided by the Mumbai Municipal Corporation and the Thackeray government to Shahid Balwa and Avinash Bhosle’s Mahal Pictures Pvt Ltd. Surprisingly, the British gave about 1 lakh square meters i.e. 10 lakh square feet of Vyarvali village land near the Mahakali Caves on lease for 999 years and this lease came into existence from 1st August 1805. In 1909, the Government of India declared this cave as a Protected Monument. In 1913 an agreement was also signed between the Government of India and the Fernandes/Rebello family.

100 years no one has ever raised or agreed to its compensation/TDR. A few years ago, Shahid Balwa, Avinash Bhosle and Vinod Goenka founded Mahal Pictures Pvt. Bought the company. In the year 2014, this company filed a petition in the Bombay High Court for this, the demands in this petition have not been accepted even after 6 years. In July 2019, the Mumbai Municipal Corporation did not accept the demands of the builders, a similar demand was rejected by the Municipal Corporation in 2013. Somaiya said that the Municipal Corporation has said that the Mahakali cave is thousands of years old and is under the possession of the Archeological Department of the Government of India, it cannot be given TDR.
