Sameer Wankhede Case : Sameer Wankhede alleged that the comment paper given to his superiors is missing from the file, the draft given by him in the Aryan Khan case has been changed and the list of accused given by him has also been changed. His lawyers have done. He has also demanded that an inquiry should be made as to who exactly is behind these things when Sameer Wankhede was not in the NCB.
Sameer Wankhede’s lawyers have accused senior NCB officer Dyaneshwar Singh. He said that why Aryan Khan was dropped from this case has been told before the court. In this case, Sameer Wankhede had given a note in the file about the section under which crimes should be filed against all the accused. It has now come to light that the note has disappeared. The draft of the complaint, which was given, has now been destroyed. Also, the list of accused in this case has been changed.
The lawyers of Sameer Wankhede have alleged that NCB officials are targeting Sameer Wankhede and trying to cheat him. Sameer Wankhede will cooperate with the CBI in this investigation but the lawyers of Sameer Wankhede have demanded that the CBI should also expand the scope of the investigation in this case. Sameer Wankhede has been accused for political reasons. Shah Rukh Khan considers Sameer Wankhede as an honest officer, that’s why all the allegations against him are false.
Chats with Dnyaneshwar Singh have been filed before the court. Whatever decision Sameer Wankhede took was told to Dnyaneshwar Singh through chat. The public prosecutor was changed only on the request of Dnyaneshwar Singh. On his request, Aryan Khan was given police custody.
As long as this hearing is going on, it was said that Wankhede will assist the CBI in the investigation. After that, the High Court has directed that Sameer Wankhede should not be arrested till May 22.
