Maharashtra Budget session 2023 : The opposition has become very aggressive in the assembly on the issue of farmers. Onion issue, unseasonal rain, procurement of crops from Nafed has been raised by the opposition. Opposition leader Ajit Pawar, Congress leader Nana Patole, Balasaheb Thorat along with NCP leader Chhagan Bhujbal have held the government on edge for helping the farmers. On this occasion, the opposition came to Vail and raised slogans against the government. The opposition has boycotted the assembly.
Meanwhile, the government will not leave the farmers in the lurch. Chief Minister Eknath Shinde said that we stand firmly with the farmers. Opponents have gone aggressive to compensate for the damage caused by the unseasonal rains. The opposition protested on the steps of the Vidhan Bhavan in the morning to demand the announcement of compensation. The opponents gave slogans such as help Baliraja or else pull down the chairs.
