Banks and finance companies make CIBIL score a condition for granting agricultural loans to farmers. Therefore, the farmer goes to the private lender and becomes a victim. Bhanudas Shinde informed Union Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman in a written letter about this. Union Finance Minister Sitharaman had sent a letter to the Reserve Bank asking it to disclose the matter. Accordingly, Reserve Bank of India has sent a written letter and made a clear disclosure regarding CIBIL. No such condition has been placed on the RBI’s CIBIL compulsion for the borrower to take the loan. All banks are doing arbitrary with CIBIL. Creditor farmers are being harassed. Therefore, Shinde said that soon the Ryat Kranti organization will fight a judicial and agitational battle.

New loans should be given without conditions, demand of Ryat Kranti Sanganthan

Meanwhile, the banks have not imposed any condition of immediate CIBIL to the farmers only whether they have previous outstanding dues or not. If not, it is necessary to give the new loan unconditionally, said Shinde, the demand of the Ryat Kranti Party. The CIBIL score tells the bank whether you have the ability to repay the loan you are seeking or not. Banks look at your CIBIL score before giving you a loan. Then only on the basis of your CIBIL score they decide whether to give a loan or not. CIBIL score is given a very important place from the loan point of view. If you have a good CIBIL score, you are given a loan.

Banks should not trap farmers in CIBIL net: Bhanudas Shinde

In agrarian India, 60 percent of people still depend on agriculture. The farmer takes the capital required for farming from the bank. But since last few years, many banks are reluctant to give loans to farmers in the name of CIBIL score. Bhanudan Shinde said that many farmers go to private lenders for loans. Many farmers had complained to the Ryat Kranti Sangathan regarding all these issues. There will be natural calamities, there will be low prices for agricultural produce, this will affect the farmers financially. So the CIBIL score of farmers was low. Shinde said that there is nothing wrong with the farmers in this. Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman had written a letter on behalf of Ryat Kranti Sangathan regarding Sybil. In this, it was demanded that the farmers should not be given the condition of Sibil, said Shinde. Shinde also said that banks should not trap farmers in the net of Sibil.
