The decision of Bombay High Court of the year 2018 has been cited in the petition. It is also stated in the petition that the company has filed this new petition for clarity in the order of the Supreme Court and it has not been heard yet. Also these additional 93 trees are not shrubs but are fully grown trees. Even if it is assumed that they are shrubs, they are still protected under the Trees Act, the petition has also claimed. Therefore, now all these cases will be heard in the High Court. It will be important to see what the court will decide. The next decision in this regard will be taken on Friday i.e. March 31.
