Bhopal: Madhya Pradesh has taken another step towards fulfilling Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s 5F vision. Union Minister Piyush Goyal and Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan inaugurated ‘PM Mitra Park’ mega textile hub in Dhar district. The government has also signed the contract. This park is being developed in Bhainsola village of Gandhwani in Dhar district of Indore division. The government claims that 2 lakh people will get employment in this park. 50 thousand people will get direct employment and 1.5 lakh people will get indirect employment.
‘PM Mitra Park’ is being developed on 1563 acres of land. This entire land is under the jurisdiction of Madhya Pradesh Industrial Development Corporation. For the establishment of this park, the central government will also provide assistance of Rs 500 crore to Madhya Pradesh in two phases. All the benefits available in the industry promotion policy of Madhya Pradesh will be available in the park.
Subsidy will be given to companies for investment
Companies investing more than 100 crores in PM Mitra Park will be given 3 percent subsidy of the Government of India’s turnover for three years. This grant will be up to a maximum of 15 crores and 30 crores. PM Mitra Park has the participation of both the Center and the State. An SPV will be formed between the two, in which the state government will have 51% stake and the central government will have 49% stake.

So far 19 companies have expressed their willingness to invest in PM Mitra Park. These companies will invest more than 6 thousand crore rupees. The special feature of PM Mitra Park is that uneducated/unskilled people will also get employment in the textile and garmenting sector, 90 percent will be included in it. Let us tell you that Prime Minister Narendra Modi has given 5F vision to the country. 5 F ie Farm Two, Fiver Two, Factory Two, Fashion Two, Foreign are included. PM Mitra Park is being developed on the same lines.
Parks being prepared in 7 states
The Central Government had received 18 proposals from 13 States. Out of these, the proposals of 7 states of the country have been selected by the Union Ministry of Textiles. The cost of these parks is expected to be Rs 4,445 crore. This park of Madhya Pradesh is also included in this. Madhya Pradesh had suggested to the Central Government for the construction of PM Mitra Park in Bhainsola, Peepalranwa, Ratlam and Katni, out of which Bhainsola was selected.
